Customer Services Administrator

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and contractors. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills to coordinate between different teams, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting the overall delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first line telephone support to leaseholders and tenants
  • Liaise with 3rd party contractors
  • Arrange maintenance visits 
  • Produce outgoing correspondence to residents
  • Use active listening and negotiation skills to resolve issues

Sales Negotiator

You will play a key role in driving sales performance across our portfolio, managing the sales process from instruction through to completion. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role requiring a proactive and commercially minded approach. The role is primarily office-based with regular travel for property visits and occasional travel further afield where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive canvassing, networking, and local market engagement
  • Identify, pursue, and convert leads with pace and commercial awareness
  • Secure new instructions by building strong relationships and spotting opportunities early
  • Conduct property valuations and inspections with a focus on winning business
  • Arrange and deliver high-quality viewings, converting interest into offers

What We’re Looking For

Gardening Duties:

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new block management instructions (RMCs, RTMs, developers, freeholders)
  • Build and maintain new relationships with developers, surveyors, solicitors, and asset managers
  • Respond to tenders and manage the full pitch process
  • Attend networking events and industry functions to generate leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new sites

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development within property or block management

The Person

The Job

  • Managing your own caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and mortgages
  • Drafting, negotiating, and implementing sale and purchase correspondence and documents
  • Reporting on title, settling transactions and client reporting
  • Instructing searches and reports
  • Maintaining all matters using a sophisticated Case Management System
  • Leading a small team of conveyancers as the department develops
  • Filing and other administration

When required, you will also be responsible for a range of property management matters, including:

  • Supporting all litigation matters, including County Court proceedings and First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) applications
  • Assisting with lease extensions, enfranchisement, and RTM (Right to Manage) processes
  • Handling complex enquiries raised by the Solicitors Enquiries Department on lease assignments, deeds of covenant, notice of transfer, and consents
  • Providing advice, support, and guidance to Property Managers

What You Need

  • You must be a qualified Solicitor (0-4 years PQE)
  • Previous residential conveyancing experience

Carpet Cleaner and Jet Washing Technician

Southend-on-Sea, Essex

We are looking for an experienced Carpet Cleaner who can also turn their hand to Jet Washing to cover our portfolio of properties.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Carpet Cleaning Duties:

  • Deep cleaning carpets using professional extraction equipment
  • Treating stains, high traffic areas, and odour affected zones
  • Applying appropriate cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
  • Conducting preclean inspections and identifying areas requiring specialist treatment
  • Ensuring carpets are left clean, fresh, and presentable for residents and clients

Jet Washing Duties:

  • Jet washing external surfaces including patios, pathways, car parks, bin stores, and building entrances
  • Removing moss, algae, grime, and surface build up
  • Operating high pressure equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring all areas are left clean, safe, and visually improved

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Basic maintenance checks on equipment
  • Reporting faults, hazards, or site issues promptly
  • Completing job sheets and maintaining accurate records
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents, clients, and site teams
  • Occasionally provide general communal cleaning cover, including hoovering, dusting, polishing, wiping down surfaces and sweeping.

What You Need
