As we continue to grow, we are searching for enthusiastic and motivated property management professionals to join us as a Senior Block Manager at our prestigious office in Mayfair, London.
As a Senior Block Manager at Gateway, you will collaborate with a skilled and experienced team, leveraging your expertise in residential block management to oversee a portfolio of properties and deliver outstanding client service.
Your role will provide you with valuable exposure to a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates, including new builds, purpose-built, and converted properties
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and residents, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally
- Organising and attending client and resident meetings regularly, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Directors’ meetings
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance works
- Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring timely service charge collection and accurate financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, lease requirements, and company policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and key stakeholders
Essentials for the Role
You will be required to work full time in our Mayfair Office, with hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in residential block management and possess a full, clean driving license to facilitate regular travel for client and resident meetings.
You should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and achieving results.
