IT Support Technician

Our growing IT department plays a key role in supporting the efficiency of our organisation. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an in-house IT Support Technician to join our Team. The role is primarily based in our Head Office location although travel to our other offices will be essential.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Provide support remotely and onsite
- Travel to site where required
- Roll out new hardware & software
- Build and manage relationships with staff
- Create and update documentation
- Support the team with new system rollouts
- Maintain current and future systems
Essentials for the Role
You will be required to work full time in our Head Office, with hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Passed CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Equivalent
- Work under own initiative
- Manage their time well and can multitask
- Have a willingness to travel to multiple offices
- Understand of networking and protocols
- Understand of installing, configuring, and supporting various operating systems Windows Server 2012 to 2019 and Windows 10 to 11
- Understand with Remote Desktop Services solutions
- Possess a wealth of experience with PC hardware upgrades
- Understand Office 365 Admin Console and office products
- Understand antivirus and endpoint security
- Are an excellent communicator
- Are organised
- Possess meticulous attention to detail
- Have an aptitude for neatness with health and safety in mind
